PRIVACY POLICY / 14 SEPTEMBER 2026
Your batch,
your notebook.
A clear record of what Tincrumb keeps,
what stays on your device and the choices you have.
Scope
This policy covers Tincrumb for Android and its accompanying product website. Tincrumb is a cookie recipe collection and a personal batch notebook. This version uses information you enter to show your own preparation progress and observations.

Publisher identity
The organization identity supplied for this product is THE PILLAR PROJECT CORPORATION. The supplied address is 131 JOHN DANIEL WAY BROOKLYN PARK MD 21225. This identity is not a statement that the app is an official organizational service or that any recipes describe an organization program.

What you enter
Batch names, selected recipes, ingredient scale, preparation checks, current steps, texture labels, notes, next-batch ideas and your motion setting are kept in private app storage. A current timer stores its label and remaining duration. The app does not ask for a profile or age.

Why information is kept
Your entries allow Tincrumb to reopen the batch you were preparing, display your ingredient checks and retain your observations. The app does not analyze notes to make health, dietary or personal recommendations.

Network behavior
The Android app has no Internet permission. Its core text, images and controls are bundled. App content is loaded from a local asset handler; the internal asset address does not make a network request. Your batch information is not sent to a server by this app.

Analytics and advertising
This version contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, purchase or account service. It does not use advertising identifiers or tracking SDKs. Operating-system diagnostics and services outside the app are governed by their providers.

Permissions and device access
Tincrumb requests no camera, microphone, location, contacts, notifications or shared-storage permission. It does not read your photos, contacts or files. The motion preference may also respect the device animation setting.

Retention
Active and removed batches remain in this installation until app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. There is no automatic expiry of your notes. Timer duration is retained so a paused reminder can be reopened.

Removing and restoring batches
Remove batch moves a batch into Recently removed. Restore returns it to My batches with its recorded fields. Removing a batch is not permanent erasure. To erase all local app information, use Android app-storage controls or uninstall Tincrumb.

Export and sharing
This version has no batch export, sync, sharing or cloud-restore feature. Your notes remain local to the installation. Screenshots that you choose to take or share through your device are outside the app’s data flow.

Backups and reinstalling
Android app backup is disabled in the manifest. Clearing storage, uninstalling or losing the device can remove your work. Device-manufacturer transfer tools may have their own behavior. Tincrumb does not offer a server copy of your batches.

Timer behavior
A timer uses an elapsed-time clock while the app is in the foreground. Leaving the app pauses it. Reopening after process loss or a device restart restores a paused duration from the last saved on-screen update. No notification or background alarm is sent. Time reached is a reminder, not a doneness determination.

Audience
Tincrumb is designed for general teen and adult home bakers. It does not request or upload ages and is not built as a child-directed game. The app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information on a server because it has no collection service.

Security and access
Batch information is stored within the Android app’s private storage. Access also depends on your device lock and operating-system protections. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in notes. No software or device storage can be promised perfectly secure.

Images and written content
The bundled food images are generated illustrations of recipes and preparation stages. They are not photographs of your actual batch or proof of kitchen testing. Written ingredient amounts and instructions govern the recipe. Personal observations are written by you.

The product website
The supplied static website adds no analytics, forms, advertising, cookies or external fonts. It does not receive data from the Android app. If a publisher hosts the website, the host may process ordinary web-request details, such as IP address and browser information, under its own practices.

Contact information
No verified public contact email for the supplied organization was identified for this build, so an email route is not included. The identity and address above are supplied information. A publisher should provide and verify its contact route before making a public release.

Policy changes
Effective 14 September 2026, for Tincrumb version 1.0.0. A later version that changes data storage, permissions, network features or service providers should include an updated policy. Review the policy supplied with the version you use.
